Shipping FAQ

Do you ship outside of New Zealand?

We currently deliver in Australia and New Zealand. If you are located elsewhere please contact us to make an enquiry and we will try and assist you.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders placed Monday-Friday (excluding public holidays) will be dispatched within the next 2 working days. Orders placed on Friday after 5PM NZST will be processed the following week. 

How long does it take to deliver?

Delivery varies from region to region. Please allow 1 to 3 working days to urban areas and up to 5 working days to regional areas in New Zealand. For Australia, please allow up to 7 working days.

How much are shipping costs?

Shipping rates vary depending on the size of your order - we try to combine shipping on all items. Shipping fees for New Zealand range from $4 to $9. All orders $100 and above ship for free to Australia and New Zealand. Make sure to double check your shipping address when placing an order.

How will my order be shipped?

New Zealand orders are shipped via courier using Castle Parcels and Post Haste. Australian orders are shipped using NZ Post & Aus Post's Air Parcel service.

Do you ship to PO Box addresses?

We now use Courier Post which delivers to PO Box addresses.

I haven't received my order?

Customers will receive an email directly from Payport (our courier aggregator) with a shipping tracking number. This tracking number will only display information once the order has been packed and collected by the courier. For questions or concerns about delivery, please contact the carrier. For all urgent matters please contact us directly.
