Refund policy

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all of our products including our yoga mats. If 30 days have passed since the delivery of your item, we may not be able to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, you must have contacted us, raising the issue within the 30 day window and your item must be returned to Valka Yoga in a saleable condition within 14 days of contact. To reduce the chances of the product getting damaged in transit, we suggest returning the product in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, personal health products such as tongue scrapers and copper water bottles must be unused and in their original packaging when being returned.

We also offer a minimum one year warranty on all of our products.

Refund process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-7 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you still haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially processed.

Next please contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is processed.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at namaste@valkayogashop.com and once we have responded, please send your item to: Valka Yoga, 65 Ayton Drive, Totara Vale Auckland, 0629.

Return shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Valka Yoga, 75 Granville Drive, Massey, Auckland, 0614.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service in case the item gets misplaced on the way.
